Belus 2Up Tactility Tester

Measurement of pressure, stroke, and electrical signals for button-type products.

Functions:

Mechanical Structure

The equipment adopts a 2UP parallel test and turntable structure to carry out loading and testing simultaneously. After completing the 2DUT test, the cylinder rotates, the original loading holder clamps into the test position, and the original test holder enters the loading area for unloading/loading

Electronic Design

The device uses a self-developed electronic board as the control core to control the entire test action and data collection and summary, including:

  • PC Communication
  • Motor drive/Communication
  • Raster scale reading
  • Force reading
  • Electrical signals to read

The use of lower computer control to ensure that the test accuracy is not lower than the traditional electrical parts at the same time, with a single test time is short, the system integration is high, easy to modify parameters for different products and other characteristics, greatly increasing the compatibility and reliability of the equipment.

Specs:

  • High compatibility: For different types of key testing, you only need to replace the corresponding Holder and modify the corresponding parameters of the lower computer to complete the replacement. No need to change the machine in general, greatly saving iteration cost and risk.
  • Excellent accuracy: Loadcell can read the comparison weight to achieve ±1g, motor drop less than 1um/100um, grating ruler reading accuracy ±1um
  • High test efficiency: Loading and testing are carried out at the same time, and the lower machine executes the test logic, greatly increasing the number of unit time tests and the test time of a single product:
  • High integration: All electrical parts are unified and driven on PCBA, which has high reliability and is convenient to control and debug in the face of different customer needs
